Tony Visconti – Produced By Tony Visconti (Demon Music Group)

To celebrate a career spanning over half a century, Visconti releases his lifetime works with a selection of 77 tracks from a range of artist collaborations from all across the world, featuring the likes of Marc Bolan/T-Rex, David Bowie, Altered Images, The Strawbs, Joe Cocker, Sparks and The Moody Blues, largely comprising the rock music from the ’60s and ’70s, but also sampling his more recent production work such as The Damned’s ‘Evil Spirits’ (2018) and Kristeen Young’s ‘The Knife Shift’ (2013). He further features his own tracks such as ‘Skinny Rose’ and his 1974 single, ‘I Remember Brooklyn’. Although the range of content is expansive, the boxset lacks depth and somehow doesn’t fully do justify to the man behind so many legendary artist releases.
